Re-Entry Services

Service Description

The Second Program helps ex-offenders connect with reentry service providers who can best serve their needs. Services includes: a) Providing pre-release reentry services for low level offenders. b) Obtaining Medicaid and Medicare services. c) Connecting with programs that helps with food assistance, and shelter. d) Prerelease assessments to determine what additional services are needed (Substance abuse/Mental health)
